Park Hill is Europe's largest Grade II Listed Building and is viewed as a building of “architectural and sociological importance”.
Flat roof to pitched roof conversion. Galvanised steel frame built directly on to existing structure. New insulated built up roof system installed. All flashings, copings and barges manufactured to match.
An existing distribution warehouse was converted into a JTF Trade Warehouse. DBP installed a complete façade overclad and entry and exit facilities.
Deeside, North Wales. Kingspan Optimo panels were used to form the external skin of the building. Optically flat panels with flashings and reveals to match this system is high specification.
6m span mineral fibre composite cladding panels were used to form this sports hall.
9 storey regeneration project, Leeds, UK – The outer skin of this 1960s built tower block was stripped and SIP panels used as an “infill” solution.
6,500m2 of fire rated Compartmentation walls at Cadbury Trebor Bassett
7,800m2 of internal composite walls and ceilings at Westbury Dairy, Wiltshire.
2 hour fire rated Office/Warehouse Compartmentation with Protected Zone.
David Ball Projects designed and installed 15 temperature controlled conditioning units at Haribo, Pontefract.
13 storey regeneration project, Manchester, UK
Insulated render on sfs frame, internal dry linings and internal partitions were used at this +1,000 pupil school.
4,500m2 of composite roof panels and 2,650m2 of composite wall panels were used to create the new UK Headquarters for Garic UK at Bury, Lancashire
