Modern design often calls for varied and contracting construction elements to be incorporated in to a single building envelope. David Ball Projects possess the design knowledge and construction experience to combine and integrate virtually any combination of roof and wall element together.

• Structural - SIPS, SFS secondary and tertiary steelwork.
• Façade - Curtain walling, rainscreen, composite panels, render systems, louvers, windows and doors.
• Roofing - Single ply, secret fix, insulated systems, standing seam, composite, slate, and proprietary built up systems.
• Fire - Load bearing and non-load bearing fire wall systems up to 4 hours rated. Including external walls, internal partition and fire rated glazing systems.
• Features - Soffits, fascias, bull noses, capping and curved panels.
